A downloadable game

Comet Blaster is the result of a short college project to learn a new scripting language.

Scripted entirely in Lua for the Love2D platform, Comet Blaster is my first exploration into creating new games from scratch. It features simple shooting and movement mechanics and a local leaderboard that tracks top 3 scores for the current session.

A/D to move  left/right, spacebar to shoot, and Esc to close the game.
